So AOL just published a great list of reasons to buy a home now.  These are good- among them:  Mortgage rates won’t go much lower.  So true.  As long as your credit is good and you have a good job, there’s no reason to wait.   And with FHA loans still available, you can put down as little as 3.5 % and if you like living out in the country, USDA has loans that require no down payment.  Check out the link!
