While in North Myrtle Beach this past August we took some time to check out a few deals.  It’s amazing how far prices have dropped in the area, almost by 50%.  Resort Property and Second Home values every where have really taken a beating in the last few years and it looks as though the area will be a few years behind the recovery in the Triad.  Which translates into deals for you!  We checked out 2 bedroom condos around $100,000  for you and here’s a few great deals.

This home is an old hotel converted into condos with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.  It’s on Ocean Blvd with no high rises to obstruct your view.  Pool isn’t the biggest but let’s face it- the Atlantic is your pool!  Built in window units instead of central heat and air but the price is right.

This home has just been reduced 10 grand to $89,900.  A Place At the Beach II in Cherry Grove used to sell for $140-$160,000.  Again, built in units as opposed to central air but just across from the ocean and really cheap.

A great condo on Ocean Blvd directly across from the beach with a good sized pool.  No highrise blocking your view.  Tile floors and 2 bedrooms.

Across from the Xanadu resort, this condo has a pool and an elevator which makes it easier for lugging your stuff across the street to the beach.

And this beauty in the Waipani condo subdivision is near the Ocean Drive section of NMB- shag capital!  Screened porch is a very nice addition.
