Yep, on the real estate front, it is Good News followed by bad news. Sometimes even the Good News contains some bad news.
For instance, CNN Money just reported that Home Prices have climbed for the 4th month in a row! That’s good news, right? Oh but wait, prices are still down from a year ago. Ouch. So we’re recovering, so that’s good. But then, there’s this- new homes sales? Just hit a record low.
“March through August are typically the peak buying months. But this time, Americans bought fewer new homes in that stretch than in any other six-month period since record-keeping began a half-century ago.”
